We don't have *actual* furniture for our formal living room, but we have books and toys and art and an uncomfortable-as-sin old rocker and a sweet new rug. And light. Lots of pretty light.
Being her mother is exactly like this. It's like having an insane monkey on your back at all times, unsure whether she's going to bite you, pull your hair, or throw her head back and belly laugh. If I look at once like I'm afraid and also having the time of my life, that's pretty much how it is.

We don't mess around with lost lovies in this family. I like four identical copies. So, apparently, does she. When she started throwing them out the open van doors before I closed them, without my knowing, our numbers dwindled. Thanks to Amazon we are back in business. Brought to you by the number one.
